David E. Weisman –Chief Executive Officer Mr. Weisman has been involved in the wireless industry for over 25 years as an attorney, investor, and an executive. He was most recently President and CEO of Mountain Union Telecom, LLC. Previously, he served as a partner for a Washington, D.C. based law firm where he was general counsel to the Personal Communications Industry Association (PCIA), the primary trade association for the wireless communications industry. He also serves as Vice President of the Radio Club of America. Previously, Mr. Weisman was a founding member of FFC Communications, a company that owned and operated specialized mobile radio networks in Texas and Florida. He was also a founding member and investor in the tower entities: Vista Telecom, Inc. and in Mid-Pacific Wireless and Telegraph Inc. which were strategic partners of Telecom Towers, LLC. Mr. Weisman received his law degree from George Washington University with honors, an LLM in taxation from George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree from Brown University.

Christopher J. Davis – President Mr. Davis brings several years of real estate and wireless industry experience to InSite. He was President of LCC International’s tower subsidiary, Microcell Management, Inc., where he oversaw the development, management and ultimate sale of 200 tower sites in the United States. Prior to joining LCC, Chris was a principal of Tower Resource Management, a site acquisition and facility management firm, where he established TRM’s facility management division. Prior to TRM, Chris worked for the J. E. Robert Companies, providing real estate investment, management and advisory services for Goldman Sachs’ Whitehall Fund. He also held senior audit and consulting positions for EY Kenneth Leventhal & Company’s real estate group. He holds a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Lance C. Cawley – Chief Financial Officer Mr. Cawley was most recently CFO of Mountain Union Telecom and has over 20 years of finance, operations, and accounting experience, including serving as CFO of five venture-backed companies and raising over $500 million in capital. Previously, he was also CFO of Qovia Inc, Ipredia International, WebPerfect Solutions and GO Communications. In addition, he was Vice President of Fidelity Investments' Venture Group where he served as President of MetroRED and was on the board of Pittencrief Communications. He was also Vice President of the Schelle Cellular Group and American Personal Communications. Mr. Cawley started his career in commercial lending to the media and telecommunications industry. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Washington & Lee University, an MBA in Finance from Loyola (MD), and is a licensed CPA.

Joseph Mullin – Vice President of Engineering Mr. Mullin has over 20 years experience designing and deploying wireless networks, including expertise developing specialized in-building coverage solutions for medical, industrial and entertainment venues throughout the US. Previously, Mr. Mullin was Vice President of Engineering for Arch Wireless where he was responsible for network design, facility management, and regulatory compliance. Mr. Mullin also has developed and marketed wireless network products with Glenayre Electronics and Harris RF Communications. He also managed construction projects for the US Army Corps of Engineers in the US and Europe. Mr. Mullin holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and an MBA from Boston University. He, is a Registered Professional Engineer in Massachusetts and New York, and is a member of the IEEE and the Radio Club of America.

Mary Diesch – Director of Sales Ms. Diesch has been in the wireless industry for over 10 years. She began her career with Gearon & Co. working to deploy wireless networks all over the United States. She was part of the company as it merged with American Tower and went public. Ms. Diesch has extensive real estate, zoning and business development experience in Northern CA and NV. As the Director of the US Western Region for ClearShot Communications, she managed build-to-suit contracts with major carriers. Recently, she was the Director of Business Development for Mountain Union Telecom in Northern CA. She studied Art History and Mathematics at the University of California, Davis.

Jerry Lindquist – Advisor/Investor Mr. Lindquist was a founding investor in InSite Wireless, LLC. Most recently Mr. Lindquist was the Regional Director, Western Region for Mountain Union Telecom, LLC. His site industry experience began when he was President and CEO of Diablo Communications, Inc. Diablo owned and operated numerous multi-user communications sites throughout California and was acquired by American Tower Corporation in 1996. Jerry’s experience as Vice President and CFO of Equitec Financial Group, Inc. has provided him with a diverse operational understanding of all company functions. He was CFO of Equitec when it became a publicly traded NYSE company in 1983. Mr. Lindquist holds a BS degree in Accounting from California State University, Sacramento.
