InSite Wireless, LLC (“InSite Wireless”) builds, owns, operates and markets open access infrastructure
solutions (commonly referred to as distributed antenna systems or “DAS”) in large public and private facilities such as airports,
convention centers, casino resorts, hotels and transit systems. The Company was founded in January 2000, and
completed its first in-building project at San Francisco’s Moscone Center in May 2001.
InSite Wireless was founded by executives of Mountain Union Telecom, LLC. and is financed by
individual and private equity groups, including joint ventures with Unison Site Management, LLC and
TowerBrook Capital Partners, LP in the Boston Convention Center and Boston Subway System projects.
InSite Wireless’s industry experience allows it to deploy distributed antenna systems in large public and
private facilities. InSite Wireless’s senior management combines experience from both the real estate
and telecommunications industries.
InSite Wireless currently operates (9) nine DAS facilities with a number of other projects in development. InSite Wireless provides financing, design, construction, leasing, operation and management of shared DAS locations serving the needs of wireless carriers in providing wireless communications to their customers.
