David E. Weisman – President & CEO Mr. Weisman has been involved in the wireless industry for over 25 years as an attorney, investor, and an executive. He was most recently President and CEO of Mountain Union Telecom, LLC. Previously, he served as a partner for a Washington, D.C. based law firm where he was general counsel to the Personal Communications Industry Association (PCIA), the primary trade association for the wireless communications industry. He also serves as Vice President of the Radio Club of America. Previously, Mr. Weisman was a founding member of FFC Communications, a company that owned and operated specialized mobile radio networks in Texas and Florida. He was also a founding member and investor in the tower entities: Vista Telecom, Inc. and in Mid-Pacific Wireless and Telegraph Inc. which were strategic partners of Telecom Towers, LLC. Mr. Weisman received his law degree from George Washington University with honors, an LLM in taxation from George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree from Brown University.

Lance C. Cawley – Chief Financial Officer Mr. Cawley was most recently CFO of Mountain Union Telecom and has over 20 years of finance, operations, and accounting experience, including serving as CFO of five venture-backed companies and raising over $500 million in capital. Previously, he was also CFO of Qovia Inc, Ipredia International, WebPerfect Solutions and GO Communications. In addition, he was Vice President of Fidelity Investments' Venture Group where he served as President of MetroRED and was on the board of Pittencrief Communications. He was also Vice President of the Schelle Cellular Group and American Personal Communications. Mr. Cawley started his career in commercial lending to the media and telecommunications industry. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Washington & Lee University, an MBA in Finance from Loyola (MD), and is a licensed CPA.

Dale Walsh – Board of Managers / Advisors Mr. Walsh's experience spans 35 plus years in the industry as an SMR operator, tower owner, sales / service provider and system integrator. He was most recently COO of Mountain Union Telecom, LLC. He previously held the positions of COO & CEO of Communications Engineering Co. from 1972 to 1986. At that time, the company owned, operated, and managed communication sites in addition to its communications system & SMR business. In 1986, Mr. Walsh sold his majority interest and formed The Walsh Group. The purpose was to provide brokerage, management consulting services to the Land Mobile Communications Industry. While engaged with Communications Engineering, Mr. Walsh served on the Board of NABER, a trade association representing the interests of Land Mobile Radio at the FCC. He served two terms as Chairman prior to leaving the Board. NABER has since merged and the Association is now known as PCIA.

John Campbell – Board of Managers Mr. Campbell is a registered architect and a licensed surveyor. John started building towers in 1992 in the Virgin Islands. His company eventually expanded to Puerto Rico, where he started the Puerto Rico Tower Company. After building over 300 towers and a portfolio of over 20 collocation towers, Mr. Campbell sold his company and moved to Idaho. He and his wife started the Idaho Tower Company in 2001. Mr. Campbell handles site design, construction, and strategic planning. He is a graduate of Williams College.

Mary Diesch – Director of Sales Ms. Diesch has been in the wireless industry for over 10 years. She began her career with Gearon & Co. working to deploy wireless networks all over the United States. She was part of the company as it merged with American Tower and went public. Ms. Diesch has extensive real estate, zoning and business development experience in Northern CA and NV. As the Director of the US Western Region for ClearShot Communications, she managed build-to-suit contracts with major carriers. Recently, she was the Director of Business Development for Mountain Union Telecom in Northern CA. She studied Art History and Mathematics at the University of California, Davis.
